How to get to La Graciosa

You reach La Graciosa by ferry from Órzola, in the north of Lanzarote. The crossing to Caleta de Sebo takes about 25-30 minutes, with several departures a day. You do not need a car: the island has no paved roads and is explored on foot, by bike or by 4x4 taxi.

1. Fly to Lanzarote and drive to Órzola

First fly to Lanzarote airport (ACE), well connected with mainland Spain and Europe. From there, drive or take a bus to Órzola, the fishing village at the northern tip of the island (about 35 km, 40-45 min by car). Órzola has free parking next to the harbour where you can leave your car during your stay.

2. Take the ferry to Caleta de Sebo

Two companies run the Órzola–La Graciosa route, Líneas Romero and Biosfera Express, with several daily departures. The crossing takes about 25-30 minutes. You can buy tickets at the harbour or online; book ahead in high season.

3. Getting around the island

La Graciosa has no paved roads. From Caleta de Sebo harbour almost everything is within walking distance. For the more distant beaches you can rent a bike in the village or take a 4x4 taxi. Casa Pastri is just a 5-minute walk from the harbour.
